Scientific Posture

Since its creation, the GREEN (Groupe de Recherche et Électrotechnique et Électronique de Nancy) has been conducting research in the field of Electrical Engineering with a focus on the energy aspects of this discipline. In order to clearly display the specificity of the GREEN in the scientific landscape, the GREEN is changing its name while keeping its accronyme: Groupe de Recherche en Énergie Électrique de Nancy. As such, GREEN is the reference laboratory in Electrical Energy at the University of Lorraine. It is part of the EMPP "Energy, Materials, Processes, Products" scientific pole. Around the main theme of electrical energy, GREEN is developing a structure adapted to its size into a single team with two key themes.
