The mission of the ASC is to promote exploration, learning and the exchange of scientific and technical ideas, breakthroughs and accomplishments, and to provide an array of educational and interactive forums and events. The ASC engages this vision on a variety of fronts, including the Applied Superconductivity Conference (the flagship, international conference on applied superconductivity), ELEVATE (our new integrated thrust to promote educational opportunities, professional & leadership development, and outreach between our scientific community and society) and the ASC Educational Foundation (the non-profit organization that underpins all the ASC efforts).
The COMPUMAG conferences began in 1976 in Oxford, United Kingdom. This conference aims to review recent developments in numerical computation of electromagnetic fields. There have been 22 conferences held so far in different countries covering the four continents: Europe, Asia, America and Oceania.
Due to COVID-19 we have been forced to stop running COMPUMAG 2021 face-to-face events and run the virtual conference on January 16th 2022
The MT27 Conference is the most important international forum addressing all aspects of magnet research, development, construction, testing, and operation.
The objective of the conference is to provide a forum for the exchange of coil and magnet related technology as well as design and analysis techniques, to diffuse in the scientific community new applications for coils and magnets, to provide an exchange between research activities and industrial applications, and to encourage professional scientists and engineers to follow careers in magnet technology and its applications.
Members of the international scientific and engineering communities interested in recent developments in superconductivity, magnetism, magnetic materials, and enabling technologies are all welcome to attend the ICSM2020 and contribute to its technical sessions. ICSM2020 provides a fruitful platform with a driving force for solid-state physicists, chemists, material scientists, engineers, technologists, decision-makers, and other professionals in the related fields of superconductivity, magnetism and cryogenics technology and engineering. The conference scope consists of 7 mainstreams as thematic topics of interest. The expertise of best-established scientists and professionals from all around the world has been put together in preparation for a strong scientific program. Many distinguished participants from all over the world will present their latest and unpublished research findings.
Organisées par la Commission de Cryogénie et de Supraconductivité de l’Association Française du Froid (AFF-CCS), ces journées visent à favoriser les relations et les échanges d’informations entre les laboratoires et les milieux industriels français. Elles donnent l’occasion aux chercheurs et ingénieurs de faire le point sur l’état de l’art et de discuter du développement des recherches et projets dans les domaines de la cryogénie et de la supraconductivité qui représentent des enjeux importants pour la technologie et l’industrie françaises.
EUCAS is a worldwide forum for scientists and engineers. The conference provides an ideal platform to share knowledge and the most recent advances in all areas of applied superconductivity: from large-scale applications to miniature electronics devices, with a traditional focus on advanced materials and conductors. The broad scope is at the same time a challenge and an opportunity to foster novel, inter-disciplinary approaches, and promote cross-fertilization among the various fields of applied superconductivity.
Après Cachan (2014), Grenoble (2016) et Nancy (2018), la quatrième édition du Symposium de Génie Electrique, réunissant les trois principaux colloques francophones du génie électrique (EF, EPF et MGE), aura lieu à Nantes du 30 juin au 02 juillet 2020.

The conference is a continuation of the Power Electronics and Motion Control International conference series organized in previous years by PEMC Council. In last decades, the IEEE PEMC Conference (previously named as the PEMC and EPE-PEMC Conference) has become the largest and most important conference on Industrial Electronics and Motion Control in Central and Eastern Europe. The 50th Anniversary of PEMC Series will be celebrated during IEEE-PEMC 2020. Many excellent scientists and engineers affiliated to academic, research and industrial centers from Europe and whole world attend PEMC conferences every time.
The IEEE-PEMC 2020 is organized by the Silesian University of Technology, Gliwice, Poland, which is a large technical university, top-ranked in Poland. It employes almost 2000 of academic staff and educates over 20 000 students in almost all technical branches.
